Craig Corporate is delighted to congratulate ACS Clothing on its recent acquisition of Etiquette Formal Hire (EFH) which was in administration in a £2m deal.
The deal had an additional level of complexity as it was funded by Clydesdale Bank as part of a rebanking. Consequently, the transaction required significant effort and coordination by both ACS and the bank.
This deal will see the company's turnover grow by 50% to £12m.
Craig Corporate acted for the company for the acquisition and the rebanking. Paul Yacoubian, MD of Craig Corporate, is a Non Executive Director of ACS Clothing. |
