The most appropriate way to present our capabilities is to give a summary of a couple of our clients' performances after our involvement:
- A manufacturer (80 employees) was suffering severe cash flow problems 2 years after a management buyout, and did not know why. A very fast, intensive review over 2-3 weeks resulted in a recovery plan which was supported by the company's bank. The company returned to profitability within a year. It was later sold to a management buyout for >£1 million.
- An engineering company (60 employees) was losing money and family management was unclear about the causes. Our business review identified shortcomings of the company including an awkward family management relationship issue. A change process over two years enabled the company to become profitable; and subsequently we have helped it to grow into a very substantial worldwide business.
- A business support services company (30 employees) had been losing money and haemorrhaging cash. After our review and implementation of a recovery plan, the business achieved annual profit in excess of £1 million and was sold for £8.5 million.
