The start of 2011 has certainly been slower on the corporate finance front than the end of 2010, which was exceptional. However, we still managed to get involved in our fair share of transactions. Our deal highlights included:

• Principal advisors to Frog Capital in their investment in Rated People
• Principal advisors to Scottish Equity Partners in their investment in Hetras
• Principal advisors to Scottish Equity Partners in their investment in Metaforic
• Principal advisors to Snapco in their acquisition of Macflex
• Led the refinancing and restructuring of £3 million of debt on a mixed use property portfolio
