Craig Corporate is delighted to congratulate ACS Clothing on its recent acquisition of Etiquette Formal Hire (EFH) which was in administration in a £2m deal.

Craig Corporate acted for the company for the acquisition and the rebanking. Paul Yacoubian, MD of Craig Corporate, is a Non Executive Director of ACS Clothing.

An excellent example of this is a case where we were engaged by a venture capital house to perform a diligence exercise on a potential syndicated biotechnology investment of c£35m.
