The summer of 2011 has provided a good deal of activity for the Craig Corporate team, with a good mix of interesting projects in development and deals coming to fruition. As always, our client base includes everyone from new and ambitious start-ups through to exiting shareholders and investors.
Whilst there has been plenty of interesting activity to keep us busy recently, we have also invested a significant amount of time and energy over the summer months in getting out of the office and speaking to people in the marketplace. We have hosted successful VIMBO seminars in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen, and continue with our regular Chairman’s Lunches. Our first newsletter of 2012 sees the Craig Corporate team busy on a number of exciting challenges, from finance raising for new ventures and working to bring some transactions to fruition, alongside continuing to support our existing clients and contacts. The current market is not without its difficulties, but opportunities remain for businesses that are well managed and able to adapt.
2012 also brings new faces to Craig Corporate – we are delighted to welcome Neil Murray and Ann Morrison.

Ann joined us in January as part of our administration team. She has a wealth of experience in back office functions such as maintaining sales and purchase ledgers and has also a number of years practice in taking care of customers in various retail environments.
She will be looking after the administration functions at Craig Corporate, as well as providing a warm welcome at reception in our Glasgow office. Many of our clients have now met Ann and enjoyed her marvellous teas and coffees.
